This shipping policy explains the general order processing and delivery expectations for purchases made from WOCHITV.

Order processing

Orders are normally reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product launches, or when an order requires additional verification.

Shipping options and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, taxes, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs review, address issues, or events outside our control.

Shipping address accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact support@wochitv.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or customer account associated with the order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking page first. If tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

International shipping, duties, and taxes

If international shipping is available at checkout, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import requirements may be the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
