Thank you for shopping with WOCHITV. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues are handled for products purchased from this store.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, clean, unused or in resalable condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

How to start a return

Email support@wochitv.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, photos of the product and packaging, and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable situations

Returns may be declined if the product is missing parts, damaged by misuse, heavily used, altered, returned without authorization, or sent after the return window. Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged shipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number until the return is completed.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first, return the approved item, and place a new order after the return is accepted.
